This lot consists of the seeds brought from a friend of an Ethiopian Heirloom. What that means is the coffee was growing wild in the forests of Ethiopia, and the exact genetics have not been specified, though Cafe Granja La Esperanza is doing research into this.
The flavour profile is very akin to that of an Ethiopian coffee, with a little more oomph behind the personality. It's filled with the citrus, stone-fruit and floral qualities you might expect out of an Ethiopian coffee, though it's got this depth to the tactile sensation that is full, comforting and mouthwatering.
